I’m a sucker for all things glass, so thinking of my beloved spices all gussied up in glass jars was just irresistible. I know that sounds like a stupid question, but until a few weeks ago it had never occurred to me that you could make bagels (or as I like to think of them: little, round, pieces of heaven) at home.
