After posting about all the sweet things that filled my birthday, I thought I’d post a bit about my sweet tooth that I’ve been indulging this holiday weekend.

I wish I was one of those people that just hates chocolate. But I’m just not. I love sweets. And fake sugar. And especially chocolate. If you are like [...] These are so stinkin’ good. And coming from this coconut-hating-gal that’s saying something. I made these on a whim because I had purchased coconut flakes for some homemade granola (coming to an upcoming post near you!), and had quite a bit leftover. I remembered this great recipe that my mom has and decided [...] Sometimes you just want something a little sweet. OK, if you are me, you always want something a little sweet. But, I also don’t want to throw away my whole day of working hard to eat healthy on a huge bowl of ice cream. Well, I do, but I would regret it later!
